SpaFinder Purchase Policy

At SpaFinder, we guarantee that while you shop you never have to worry about credit card safety. We've taken every precaution to make sure that every transaction you make at SpaFinder is safe and secure. If unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at SpaFinder, you will not be held responsible.

Safe Technology: Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. All SpaFinder transactions are processed in US dollars ($/USD) and all gift certificates are issued in US dollars. When redeeming a SpaFinder gift Certificate outside the US, the spa will convert the value into the currency of their respective country. It will buy a service of equivalent value. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, DINER'S CLUB, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificate or other purchases from Spafinder.com (including club memberships). However, if an item is damaged during shipment, please contact a SpaFinder customer service representative at: 1-888-All-SPAS to arrange for a replacement.

Cosmetic cases may not be returned for credit. Damaged cases may be exchanged only.

If a gift collection item is out of stock, SpaFinder reserves the right to include a substitute item of equivalent or greater value.

SpaFinder ships from its Midwest fulfillment facilities near Minneapolis, MN using FedEx and UPS as its preferred carriers. Spa Finder ships by Next Day, 2nd Day, and Ground service. Shipments going to Hawaii or Puerto Rico must be shipped using either Next Day or 2nd Day service. A signature is required on all gift certificate deliveries unless you elect to waive this requirement. This option can be selected on the Shopping Cart page when setting shipping preferences.

• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (with the exception of SpaFinder, Inc. holidays).
• Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. (For example: Friday orders via Next Day service will arrive on Monday; Friday orders via 2nd Day service will arrive on Tuesday; Thursday orders via 2nd Day service will arrive on Monday.)
• Gift Certificate orders received after 3:00 p.m. ET will be fulfilled the next business day. (For example: a Next Day order placed at 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday will be shipped on Monday and will arrive on Tuesday.)
• Ground shipments may take up to 5-7 business days to arrive at the delivery address.
• Spa Store gift basket orders received after 12:00 noon ET will be fulfilled the next business day.

IMPORTANT: Our gift certificates are "cash equivalents". We ship either FedEx or UPS with a signature requirement so that you can be assured that your recipient has received your thoughtful spa gift in a timely manner. Our shipping and handling charge includes a $3.50 customization surcharge. This includes printing, personalization, and specialized packing of your gift certificate order. Please note that gift certificates and Spa Store merchandise ship from separate facilities. Thus, your order will ship separately and may not reach your recipient on the same day.
