What are the benefits of joining the Day Spa Partner Program?
Benefits of the basic partnership include a free listing on Spafinder.com and incremental revenue and valuable new clients from accepting SpaFinder Gift Certificates.

Benefits of the enhanced online listing include everything listed above, in addition to a web-link, an email link, up to four photographs, and a write-up about your spa. Spas with enhanced listings also appear first in zip code search results, the most popular search on our site.

Are there any start-up or recurring fees?
The basic listing involves a one-time start-up fee of $25 USD. The enhanced listing costs $60 USD a month, billed monthly to your credit card.

How does SpaFinder Gift Certificate Redemption work?
A customer will come to your spa with a SpaFinder Gift Certificate that clearly states a dollar amount. You will then render services or give products to the customer for that dollar amount and send in the Spa Finder Gift Certificate to SpaFinder. We will promptly send you back a check for the dollar amount of the gift certificate, less a 17% marketing fee. How can I redeem a SpaFinder Gift Certificate or Gift Card?

What if someone comes in with a SpaFinder Gift Certificate for a dollar amount that doesn't match the price of our services?
If the certificate is for too little money, simply charge the customer the difference at the time the services are rendered. There is no commission on this additional payment. If the certificate is for too much money, most spas issue one of their own gift certificates good only at their spa, for the balance.

Can I still continue with my own gift certificate program?
Of course! We encourage you to have your own gift certificate program and hope that the SpaFinder Gift Certificates will simply bring in new customers to your spa. The majority of our gift certificate sales are corporate incentives. Most of the rest are gifts from out-of-town relatives or from people who may not know the recipient's favorite local spa.

The Day Spa Partner Program can even help you sell your own gift certificates, as many people will call your spa directly in order to purchase one of your own gift certificates. Also, an enhanced listing allows for a web-link, so people can purchase your spa's own gift certificates directly from your site.

How many SpaFinder Gift Certificates can I expect to see in a month?
Most Day Spa Partner spas redeem about three SpaFinder Gift Certificates in a given month. This varies depending on season, location, and other factors. If you are interested in seeing more business from SpaFinder Gift Certificates, we can work with you to make this happen.

It is important to remember that most of the business that you will get from SpaFinder will come from people who see your listing on our site, and then call your spa directly for an appointment. We do not receive any commission on this type of interaction – just the satisfaction of knowing we're helping your business grow!

Within two days we had two telephone inquiries and an out of state Gift Certificate purchase for a Spa Package. How can I enroll in the Day Spa Partner Program?
You can enroll online at www.spafinder.com/dayspaprogram. The only thing that we need from you besides the online enrollment is a menu of spa services or brochure, or a website where that information can be found. We simply use this to verify your business – we do not post this information or share it with anyone. However, we cannot enroll your spa into the Day Spa Partner Program without this information.

How long does it take to process an enrollment?
It takes up to one week to process an enrollment from the time that we receive the enrollment and menu of spa services, brochure, or the address of a functioning website with spa services.

What am I agreeing to by enrolling in the Day Spa Partner Program?
By enrolling online, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Partner Program Agreement.

What kind of commitment am I making by signing up?
The agreement is good for 3 years. However, the program is also risk free, as you can leave at any time with 30 days' written notice. If you sign up for the enhanced listing, payment is made on a monthly basis, with no commitment beyond the first month. You may stop this payment at any time, at which point you can continue with a basic listing.

Can I get a web link, more photos, email link, and written overview added to my Spafinder.com listing?

Should my spa enroll in the Day Spa Partner Program?
We only accept full-service spas in our program. However, there is no fee for filling out the enrollment form and it takes only a few moments. You may even fill out the enhanced listing form, and if for some reason your spa is not accepted in our program, you will not be billed. It is always worth enrolling your spa.

What if I still have more questions?
