It’s no surprise that the king of real estate would continue his empire with a 64-story hotel skyscraper in Las Vegas, but Donald Trump must be a bit spa business-savvy as well. The hotel’s Spa at Trump, like its NYC counterpart, is designed to represent pure indulgence—and while it doesn’t house hammams like the Spa at Trump SoHo, it stays consistent with Kate Somerville facials and signature gemstone massage modalities (90 mins; $250) using organic oils fused with diamonds, rubies, sapphires, and emeralds.

A visit to Canyon Ranch SpaClub will most likely leave you awed. Its ample size alone (134,000 square feet) is huge to take in, followed by its 120-plus menu of activities and treatments—once you’re done gaping, you’ll discover a 40-foot indoor rock climbing wall in the fitness center (one of the city’s largest) and the signature Aquavana® water therapy complex that awaits pre- or post-treatment. There is also a team of dieticians and exercise physiologists, Canyon Ranch Café, and Healthy Feet Center. All we can say is “whew!”

Travel back to ancient Rome at Qua Baths & Spa at Caesars Palace, where communal spa-ing is taken to another level. Socialize with your BFFs while dipping into one of three serene bath pools, sweating it out in the laconium sauna, refreshing in the arctic ice room, or relaxing in the tea lounge—an in-house sommelier is there to pair teas with your particular spa treatment.

In my opinion, there may be no other place as serene in Sin City than The Spa at Mandarin Oriental. Although relaxation lounges overlook Las Vegas Boulevard, you couldn’t feel further away from the hustle and bustle, due in large part to a Shanghai 1930s design fused with dark wood and natural stone details. Find respite in the heat circuits—totaling a dry-wedge wood sauna, steam room, laconium, vitality pools, ice fountains, and showers—or with a class in the yoga studio. Other highlights encompass a Chinese Foot Spa.

We find Bathhouse at THEhotel, a 43-story boutique property set within the Mandalay Bay complex, to be one of the hippest spas on the Las Vegas Strip, with a sleek, minimal design of dark stone, suede, and trickling water, plus, a menu of refreshing treatments. The Bathhouse Signature Ritual (110 mins; $265) is recommended; the exclusive experience consists of a sea-salt-and-sugar scrub, followed by a white clay wrap, argan oil scalp massage, and foot rub. The Bathhouse Fizz Bath (25/50 mins; $85/$150) is a staple as well.

Even high rollers will want to quit the gaming fun to escape to MGM Grand Spa, a 30,000-square-foot sanctuary that specializes in not-your-run-of-the-mill services (case in point: the Dreaming ritual, a tribal-inspired service that includes a foot soak and Australian aboriginal massage [120 mins; $315-$325, depending on day]). But while we love the spa, what catches our eye are the hotel’s Stay Well rooms. Health-conscious travelers recharge in these accommodations with program-tailored menus for the mini bar, room service, and spa; wake-up light therapy; Vitamin C shower infusions; and aromatherapy.
