Denise Richards Spills Her 5 Secrets for Staying Happy, Healthy, & Youthful
We recently caught up with the gorgeous Denise Richards to get her tips and tricks for staying fit, healthy, and glowing while raising three beautiful little girls and balancing a career. The 43-year-old stunner shares her 5 secrets below:
Moisturize daily: “My skin tends to get dry, especially when the seasons change, so I hydrate as much as possible. Exercise regularly: “I stick by the same fitness routine throughout the year, Pilates. Eat well: “I’ve always had a healthy lifestyle. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and also a lot of oils – specifically olive oil. I also make a lot of homemade soups for a healthy meal, I love homemade soup.”
Pamper often: “When life gets stressful, I like to decompress with a getaway whenever I can. I always take a trip right after Christmas with my family. On our trip I usually get an afternoon of spa treatments. My daughters love getting mani/pedis, it makes for a nice mommy/daughter day.”
Beautify from the inside out: “I think eating avocado helps keep everything really moisturized. Since I do have dry skin, I try to do things that will keep my skin moisturized without breaking out. Avocado is one thing that does that!”
