Working Out in Ten Minutes or Less
Not having enough time to work out is a big deterrent for many. But with practices like yoga or Pilates, just a few minutes can make a difference. Taking those moments to think about your breathing and alignment and understanding your body can take you from stressed out to Zen-like. It may not be a hard-core workout, but dedicating some time each day to stretching and breathing can change your body little by little, and more importantly, it can improve your mood!
