Stroller Strides & Fit4Baby Boca Raton Powered by Mother Bliss – Boca Raton, FL: Designed to give the “strength for motherhood,” the Stroller Strides program for moms and babies comprises cardio, body toning, and integrated songs/activities led by certified instructors in pre/post-natal fitness. Natal to Nest – Highlands Ranch, CO: As its name suggests, this education wellness and support center extends from preconception to parent-tot-and-kids’ yoga. Parents can also participate in postpartum preparation classes, a new moms’ group, nutritional consultations, and more.

Thalassa sea & spa – various locations: This renowned brand that introduced thalassotherapy to Europeans 20-plus years ago showcases an extensive range of therapy programs, including Mother & Baby.

Blossom and Jasmine – London, UK: This mobile spa is said to tout a celeb clientele that includes Uma Thurman and Rihanna and spotlights a plethora of services, including baby massage courses.
