Relieve Congestion & Coughs with this Lemon Ginger Lavender Elixir Recipe
It seems that when the temperatures dip, so do our immune systems, leaving many of us catching the dreaded common cold. The horrible combination of sniffles, congestion, and uncontrollable coughing is the worst and those artificially sweet cough syrups cannot possibly be good for you, which is why we love this natural, refreshing, and vitamin-loaded recipe from Chef Greg Gettles of The Umstead Hotel & Spa.
