How to Use Your Spafinder Gift Card at the Shop

When you head to shop.spafinder.com, you’ll see a banner asking if you are planning on using a Spafinder Gift Card. There are two options in terms of Spafinder Gift Cards: Spafinder Gift Card or Spafinder Wellness 365 Gift Cards. Both are eligible for use at the Spa Shop, but one just takes a few extra steps.

Spafinder Gift Cards that are Multi-Use Gift Cards

If you have a multi-use Spafinder Gift Card, all you need to do is check your balance and start shopping. They will say Spafinder on them not Spafinder Wellness 365. Keep the purchases under the current amount of your gift card (including tax) as unfortunately we cannot split gift card purchases with credit or debit purchases quite yet. If you only have a few bucks left on your multi-use Spafinder Gift Card, save it for a spa visit and use it then. There you’ll be able to split the amount between the Spafinder Gift Card and a credit or debit card.

Spafinder Wellness 365 Gift Cards or Single Use Gift Cards

If you have a Spafinder Wellness 365 card, then you have a single use gift card. You can absolutely use this card to purchase items at the shop. You simply need to follow a few easy steps to transfer your balance to a Live Love Spa Gift card. Then you can use that card to buy up fantastic items in the shop! Same rules apply as the multi-use gift card so don’t exceed your balance at the shop. (I know, it’s really hard to not have an online shopping spree once you see how many great items there are in the shop!)

Remember your single use card is still for a single use, so if you prefer to wait to use this on a treatment at a spa, hold onto it. The Spafinder Shop still accepts credit cards so you can shop till you drop AND have a luxurious spa treatment.

Items from the Spa Shop are eligible for returns up to 30 days after the purchase date. The product must be unused and in the original packaging. Some perishable items, gift cards, and certain intimate apparel items are ineligible for returns. So be sure you want them when you hit purchase.

If you received a gift from the Spafinder Spa Shop, you can return the item for a gift credit in the store. Simply process the return and then decide what you might like to get instead.
