The Hunger Games Come to Cal-a-Vie

Cal-a-Vie Health Spa will be hosting its Fifth Annual “Mom & Teen” Week from June 17-24 and this year, it seems the odds were ever in their favor! The Hunger Games star Isabelle Fuhrman, who fans may know as the knife-wielding Clove, will also be in attendance at the event, along with her singer/songwriter sister Madeline.

This annual event is no stranger to famous celebs; the past two years were hosted by Shailene Woodley, famous for her role as George Clooney’s rebellious daughter in The Descendants. The week-long event focuses on topics such as health and nutrition and achieving personal goals, and also includes fireside chats with teen celebrities, specialized group fitness classes and hikes, communal dining and fun, interactive activities for the moms and teens both to spend time alone or together. At the fireside chats, Isabelle Fuhrman will share about her career in film and her sister will perform her French and jazz-inspired music by candlelight in the spa’s Chapel.

Guests can choose from three-, four- or seven-night programs, all of which include delicious and healthy meals, spa treatments and a variety of unlimited fitness classes, nutritional lectures and cooking demos with Executive Chef Jason Graham.

• The seven-night plan goes from Sunday to Sunday and includes  accommodations, three gourmet spa meals per day, unlimited fitness classes, a nutritional lecture and cooking demonstration. Mom receives 13 spa services, and teen receives nine spa services. $12,893
• The four-night plan goes from Wednesday to Sunday and includes accommodations, three gourmet spa meals per day, unlimited fitness classes, a nutritional lecture and cooking demonstration. Mom receives nine spa services, and teen receives six spa services. $8,393
• The three-night plan goes from Sunday to Wednesday and includes accommodations, three gourmet spa meals per day, unlimited fitness classes, a nutritional lecture and cooking demonstration. Mom receives six spa services, and teen receives four spa services. $6,293
