Detox Week at Casa Palopó, Guatemala – October 12-19
For those last-minute travelers, Casa Palopó’s Detox Week is the perfect way to escape to a beautiful location to focus on your wellbeing. The seven-bedroom boutique hotel is offering this week-long program which will include spa treatments, daily yoga, a variety of fun fitness classes, healthy cooking demos, and professional health seminars. The Copper Beech Institute in West Hartford, Connecticut, will be hosting Thomas Moore, author of the best-selling book Care of the Soul, for a weekend retreat which will focus on ways to live from the soul every day in order to add more depth to our lives.
