Leonardo DiCaprio’s New Wellness-Infused Greenwich Village Pad!
It seems a certain Leonardo DiCaprio took our recent article about ways to make your home more well to heart. According to the New York Post, the Wolf of Wall Street actor closed on a $10 million 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village. The Delos building at 66 East 11th Street is the first ever WELL Certified™ residential building and features a plethora of over 75 wellness features and amenities in order to allow its residents to live by the healthiest of standards.
Such amenities include vitamin C-infused showers, posture-supportive flooring, a kitchen herbarium, in-duct aromatherapy, and a dawn simulation for a more natural morning wake up! What’s even more, residents gain access to Donna Karan’s Urban Zen, the building’s wellness concierge which will work with you to curate daily wellness experiences and access to customized Cleveland Clinic sleep, stress management, and nutrition programs. Where do we sign up?
Take a look at the Delos Advisory Board and it’s no wonder these buildings are built so WELL (pun, absolutely intended!). With such thought leaders as Dr. Deepak Chopra (who also lives in the building) in its ranks the group is poised for greatness. Lesson learned: When it comes to wellness…you should never let go.
