London spas are the perfect place for a day-break!  There are quite a few to choose from – 186 on the SpaFinder website to be exact (including days spas)  – so here are a few suggestions to narrow your search:

The Chuan Spa at the Langham is getting a lot of buzz, not to mention the design is absolutely terrific. This spa, which is the first of the Chuan brand in Europe, features Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments inside a former bank!

The So Spa at the Sofitel London St. James has its fair share of glitz and glam as well, and it’s running an autumn special through November.

The Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is always a hot spot for London spa-goers, and if you’re looking for a day spa, why not try SEN at Harvey Nichols?  And let’s not forget the Sanctuary, Covent Garden, which regular makes the list of Readers’ Choice award winners.
