NYC Spa Honors Female Vets with Free Spa Packages

Dorit Baxter New York Day Spa in Midtown Manhattan, New York, is offering female soldiers a complimentary Veterans Spa Package, which includes three treatments free of charge to all female soldiers returning home from active duty overseas.

“This is my way of reaching out to veterans,” says Dorit Baxter, founder and owner of the spa. “It is my hope that many other Americans will find their own ways of saying ‘Welcome Home.’”

Baxter’s career has always been about providing wellness and beauty treatments to make women feel better about themselves, she adds. “Now there is a new kind of woman who especially needs these services – female veterans of combat.
