What does the expiration date on the Spafinder Card reflect?

For instance if it states 12/26, it means you can use the card until December 2026. The number reflects Month and Year.

What are the benefits of the Multi-Use Card?

Spafinder’s Multi-Use Card provides:
Easy use of the card at all participating Spafinder locations.

You can use this card at more than one location, if there are any funds left on the card. Keep the card after your service to use the remaining funds, if any, towards other services.

Use it at locations listed on www.spafinder.com! Simply view the partner location and look for the new multi-use card logo and visit the partner location today! Manis-pedis, massages, haircuts, detoxes and more.

What if I have an older Spafinder Card?

No worries! These cards are also still accepted at participating locations.

What’s different about the Multi-Use Card?

This card is Multi-Use and should be returned to you if there is any balance left on the card. Keep the card after your service. If there are any funds left, you can use the remaining funds towards another service.

Note: Use your Multi-Use card just like a normal credit card at checkout as long as your total purchase price including tax and shipping does NOT exceed the value of your card.

Can a Multi-use gift card be added to the Wallet?

No, Spafinder Multi-Use Cards cannot be added to any digital wallet (Apple, Samsung, Android) as they are not compatible at this time. For redemption, please present either the physical or eGift Spafinder Multi-Use Card.

How do I redeem a Spafinder Single-Use Certificate/Card?

Spafinder Certificates/Cards hold a live value once purchased and can be redeemed by the participating location of your choice. Please always present your Spafinder Certificate/Card upon arrival to your appointment.

Do Spafinder Single-Use Certificates/Cards expire or lose value over time?

Spafinder Single-Use Certificates/Cards do not expire nor will their value depreciate over time.

Can Spafinder Single-Use Certificates/Cards be used more than once?

Spafinder Single-Use Certificates/Cards are for one-time use. If the value of the certificate/card exceeds the cost of services, some locations are able to issue a store credit for the remaining balance.

Where a location is unable to issue a store credit, the Spafinder Certificates/Cards may be exchanged for cards of smaller denominations suitable for one-time use.

The description of the particular location on this website may provide whether the location can issue store credit but we recommend checking with the location to determine whether it can issue store credit if this is important to your card use.

Can I redeem my Spafinder Single-Use Certificate/Card at a location that is not listed on spafinder.com?

Spafinder Certificates/Cards can only be used at locations listed on spafinder.com. You can easily verify if a location accepts our certificates/cards by looking for the "Accepts Spafinder Single-Use Gift Cards" check near the location name. Unfortunately, if a spa or wellness facility is not listed on the Spafinder website to accept our Certificate/Cards, we cannot expect it to participate.

What if the location I found on spafinder.com would not accept my Spafinder Single-Use Certificate/Card?

There are certain wellness locations listed on spafinder.com that do not accept Spafinder Single-Use Certificates/Cards. You can easily verify if a location accepts our Certificate/Cards by looking for the "Accepts Spafinder Gift Cards" check near the location name. Businesses listed with this notation should adhere to our policy and accept Spafinder Certificates/Cards. Please contact Spafinder's corporate customer service at 1-866-569-0449, or email customerservice@spafinder.com to file this complaint, and we will work with you to find a resolution to the issue.

Can I still use a Spafinder Single-Use Certificate/Card with an expiration date that has passed?

Our Single-Use Certificate/Cards are no longer printed with expiration dates (a policy that was enacted in 2006), so if you are holding a certificate/card with an expiration date, please contact our corporate customer service line at 1-866-569-0449, or email customerservice@spafinder.com in order to learn more about your Certificate/Card's value.

I was given a Spafinder Single-Use Certificate/Card, but it has another person's name on it. Am I still able to use it?

A valid Spafinder Certificate/Card may be used by the holder regardless of the name on the entity, as our Certificate/Cards are transferable.

Can I buy spa products with a Spafinder Single-Use Card?

Purchasing a Spafinder Multi-use Card Online

If I purchased a Spafinder Multi-Use Card that is to be emailed to a gift recipient at a later date, when will my credit card be charged?

The credit card entered at the time of purchase is charged immediately after the order is approved.

I attempted to place an order online but my order was rejected. What should I do?

Many different factors can lead to a rejected or reviewed online order. If your order is not approved immediately, please submit a request by going to our Contact Us page (https://myspafinder.spagiftcards.com/pages/contact) or call at 1-844-489-3508, so we may assess the reason and help you with your order processing.

Can refunds be issued for Spafinder Multi-Use Cards?

Spafinder Cards are treated as cash and are therefore non-refundable.

How can I track a Spafinder Multi-Use Cards after purchase?

Spafinder Cards are typically delivered within 24 hours of the time of purchase during normal business hours of standard business days. Standard business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If the intended recipient does not receive their Spafinder Card in the standard business timeframe above, please contact our support team at 1-844-489-3508 or by going to our Contact Us page and submitting a request.

Can I change my order from a Physical Spafinder Multi-Use Card to a Spafinder Electronic Card after I have made my purchase?

Unfortunately, our Spafinder Card orders cannot be re-formatted from one version to another once already processed or shipped.

Printing or Emailing a Spafinder Electronic eGift Card

I sent a Spafinder eGift Card to the wrong email address. Can this be corrected?

If I lost my Spafinder eGift Card before gifting it, can the card be re-printed again?

A Spafinder eGift Card may be printed as many times as desired, but it may be used only once.

How can I confirm the email address of the gift recipient where my Spafinder eGift Card was delivered or re-send to a different email?

Will promotional codes work with the printable or email options?

All valid promotional codes will be applicable to both eGift or physical Spafinder Cards unless otherwise indicated on the promotional terms and conditions.

My promotional code was not applied to the total charges in my order. Can my discount be applied?

Can I use my Spafinder Card at a location for a special promotion or deal advertised through the location?

You are able to use your Spafinder Card for special promotions, products or services at some locations but not at all locations; we recommend checking with the location before making any appointments or reservations if you wish to use your card to purchase special promotions, products or services.

Can promotional codes be combined?

Only one promotional code can be applied to any given order at a time, unless otherwise specified on the promotion terms and conditions.

Can I change the amount on the Spafinder Card that I just purchased?

We are unable to change the Spafinder Card amount or face-value once the transaction is complete.

If my package was lost by USPS or FedEx, can my Spafinder Card be re-issued?

How do I access my user account?

To access your online account, visit the spafinder.com homepage and click on "MY ACCOUNT" at the very top of the website. Please enter your email and password to access your user account.

Where can I purchase Spafinder Cards and in what denominations?

Spafinder Cards can be purchased at various retail outlets in multiple denominations.

I visited a location that is listed on your website but it would not accept my Spafinder Card. What can I do?

There are some wellness locations listed on Spafinder.com that do not accept Spafinder Cards. You can easily verify if a location accepts our certificates/cards by looking for the "Accepts Spafinder Gift Cards" check near the location name. Businesses with this check should adhere to our policy and accept Spafinder Cards. Please contact corporate customer service at 1-866-569-0449 or email customerservice@Spafinder.com should you have questions.

How do I contact Spafinder customer service?

Spafinder's customer service team is available from 7:00 am to 11:00pm EST at 1(844) 213-7106. Inquiries that require escalated research are handled by our corporate office, at 1-866-569-0449, Monday – Friday, from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST, and also by emailing customerservice@spafinder.com. Can Spafinder Cards be used for gratuities or tips?

Please check with the individual location at the time you make a reservation, as this is a decision made by partnering properties at their own discretion.

May I use a SpaWish™ Card at spafinder.com, or may I exchange my Spafinder Card for a SpaWish Card, or vice versa?

While Spafinder and SpaWish are partner companies, they are separate brands that are not interchangeable for the time being.

How do I convert my Happy Lady, Happy Bride or Happy Beauty Card to a Spafinder Card?

Using your Happy Lady, Happy Bride or Happy Beauty Card for services at participating Spafinder locations is easy! 

1. Visit https://myspafinder.spagiftcards.com/category/eGift-Cards to redeem your Happy Lady, Happy Bride or Happy Beauty and purchase a Spafinder card in its stead

2. Choose any dollar amount between $25 – $500 USD, add to cart and proceed to checkout

3. Under Billing Information, select Pay with Credit Card and provide required information: Billing Address, Happy Card Gift Card Number, CVV2 and Expiration Date (MM/YY) to complete your purchase.

What happens if I have two cards?

Please indicate at the facility you are visiting that you have two cards. If the cost of service is greater than the single-use card, we recommend you use it fully there and then charge the rest on the Multi-Use Card.
