1. Payment Methods
All Spafinder Gift Card transactions to purchasers in the U.S. are processed in U.S. dollars ($/USD) and all gift cards are issued in U.S. dollars. When redeeming a Spafinder Gift Card outside the U.S., the merchant will convert the value into the currency of his/her respective country, and it will buy a service of equivalent value. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, DINER'S CLUB, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL.
2. How we use your information.
Spafinder ships from its Downers Grove, Illinois, fulfillment center using FedEx and US Postal Service as its preferred carriers. See below for shipping options and estimated delivery times. Shipments going to Hawaii or Puerto Rico must be shipped using either Expedited or Express service. A signature is required on all Spafinder Gift Card deliveries unless you elect to waive this requirement. This option can be selected on the Shopping Cart page when setting shipping preferences.
- Gift card orders are shipped Monday through Friday (with the exception of holidays on which the Spafinder office is closed).
- Gift card orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- Gift card orders must be placed by 5:45 a.m. EST, and processing time usually takes one to two (1-2) business days. See below for total estimated shipping times.
- For immediate delivery, you can send an eGift Card.
- Product purchases may be shipped from a different fulfillment center and may be subject to different delivery schedules.
U.S. shipping options and estimated arrival times:
- Standard shipping - USPS First Class (3-5 business days)
- Expedited (3-4 business days; receipt signature available)
- Express (2-3 business days; receipt signature available)
Canada shipping options and estimated arrival times:
- Canada Post Regular Mail - Free (8-10 business days)
- Express Post Shipping (4-8 business days; receipt signature available)
IMPORTANT: Spafinder Gift Cards are "cash equivalents." We ship either FedEx or US Postal Service with a signature requirement for added security. However, Spafinder is not responsible for lost or mis-delivered orders.
3. Return Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or reimburse any payment transactions on Spafinder Gift Cards or other purchases from Spafinder (including club memberships), except in the event that an item is damaged during shipment. If an item is damaged during shipment, please contact a Spafinder customer service representative at 1-844-208-0169 from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm EST to arrange for a replacement.
4. Additional Purchase Terms
i. We have the right to take down a promotion on the site at any time.
ii. You cannot apply promotions to any transaction where you are converting a Happy Card to a Spafinder Card.
iii. Fraudulent transactions may result in the loss of your money with no recourse.
